Bootstrap UI needed for website

Hi, I need a UI expert to assist me on this project. I will need the freelancer to provide the UI html files while I will handle the backend work myself. The website is a minimalistic job portal for teachers in India. The following points need to be covered: 1) Landing page: This is already live at [login to view URL] but I need better looking results. The design should be professional yet it should not look dull. The page should have depict a direct connection with it's audience who will be school management and school teachers. There should be social links, register/login form, contact form and some highlighted info about our business. This needs to be responsive across devices. 2) Register page with Name, Email, Password fields. Once registered the user can login and have two options: Continue as a teacher or Continue as a school. 3) Teacher will have a my profile section where he can add profile title, summary, location, education details and previous jobs. This needs to be similar to LinkedIn where you are presented with options to add education dynamically. Use javascript on "add education" and "add job" buttons on the frontend UI to add blocks of education details and job details respectively. 4) School will have option to post jobs (my jobs section) where the fields will be job title, description, locality preferred if any, valid till, minimum education level, minimum experience level etc. Another option will be to view responses in their inbox. The deliverables will be the html template with all included images, css and js. Time of execution is expected to be within a week of bid acceptance. You may use any free template as a base to start with but the template needs to be ultralight so please make sure to remove any useless code else it may lead to work rejection if too much garbage is found.
