We are looking to create a Website, similar in design - but not the same, to Angies's list, [login to view URL], and freelancer. See the following websites for additional guidance. Create a web-based customer frontend, a database at the backend, custom usage reports, and a customer subscription payment (eg deduction of phone credit from a preloaded phone etc.). We will need the website to be able to receive advertisements. Non negotiable requirements: Highly optimized for mobile devices such as low end phones, and tablets. Easy to navigate website that does not consume data/bandwidth to use. Easy to load the pages, and fast. Simple
