Design an App Mockup - WSS

This project is to layout less then a dozen pages for an android application using PhotoShop. This is NOT a fully functional app, but only a demo layout for the all the app pages with text. Pages will show Text, Input fields, buttons and icons. Include menu design and layout. Sample image layouts will be provided. The Freelancer must be able to take these samples and notes to create new page designs for review. Using PhotoShop make all layout changes based on our feedback and comments. The designer will propose new color scheme, standardizing on Font type and size for all pages. The Freelancer will provide all results in PSD file format. Freelancer should have developed designs for Android Apps and can take general text descriptions and create page layouts. Project Description: This is an App to allow the user to use their mobile phone to provide quick tracking and recording of information related to their Job/Shifts and schedules. The App is made up of 5 parts: 1. Home page for adding basic information on a daily basis. 2. A Calendar page used to display type of info entered from the HOME page 3. Edit page. 4. Summary reporting page. To display summary results. 5. Setup pages. This is where a reminder notification can be configured, and other Setup info for the App is entered, along with feedback and about us pages. Freelancer should be able add value incorporating all details for menu selections, adding, deleting, and editing. Looking for simple, clean looking design, with similar layout and navigation to latest Android OS. Type WSS in your response to indicate you have read all the above information. Complete 1st 4 pages, with source in PSD file format. 2. Complete 2nd 4 pages, with source code in PSD file format. 3. Complete final 4 pages. and final edits and change requests.
