I need an icon designed. It should show the stripes of the union jack flag (British flag). The stripes should be visible as if cut or torn out of a sheet of paper, with a reddish colour as the background. The background colour should also gradually fade to a lighter colour from bottom (darker) to lighter (top). It's almost like you can look through the cut-out stripes at the red background, 3-D style. I will upload an example showing a lion's head that shows exactly what I mean. The background colour needs to be a specific shade of grey, so that it blends in with the background colour on the website I intend to upload it to (have a look at [login to view URL], and you will see that some of the many track-icons posted have the same grey background as used by the site, thus 'blending in'.
