Design a T-Shirt

Hi all, I require a t-shirt design done in vector format. The t-shirt will then be sold on my e-commerce store. I will need a few more designs at a later stage, so the best designer with the most reasonable bid will be awarded more projects after this. The t-shirt will be mostly text-based with supporting graphic elements and the designer is required to have a good understanding of the art of typography. If any graphics are used, they must be original artwork. If there is a need to use stock graphics, the designer must be able to prove that he or she has the "extended license" to use the graphics for print reproduction purposes. I do not want to be liable for any copyright infringement or intellectual properties lawsuit. Tagline: Will be provided after project is awarded. Colors: No maximum colors. Flat colors over gradient preferred. Format: Vectors only. Delivery: File in Adobe Illustrator. AI or EPS. No PSD file please. Fonts: Do not "Create Outlines". Please provide fonts with final file delivery. Mockup on t-shirt: Not required. Please provide samples of any graphic design projects that you've done that shows your ability to handle typography in a decorative and aesthetic manner. Thank you.
