Design website admin panel

Hello i own a penny auction site and need the admin panel designed. Admin panel must have: Payment info ( this is where we put whatever processor we want to process payments through the entire site, WHICH I WANT STRIPE ) Then there is the accounts list where you can view, edit, or delete accounts, or add new ones. Also there needs to be a contact form reply area so we can reply to customer support messages right from the admin panel. Also there must be the add, view, edit, delete auctions part which is most important. This should have different options like: Title, What Category it's placed in (should be a drop down menu), also the description of the product, NO RESERVE PRICES, also shipping fee for item once won.
