On page 4 of the attached PDF their is the UXC Connect Operational Intelligence Maturity Model diagram. I would like this diagram to be created in a word document so I can edit all the parts. I would like it to match exactly the same as presented in the PDF document. (Or near enough) I need to be able to edit the word document and change the content and colours.

Hi, Matt here and I can help you fast - with 20+ years of Office (especially Word) experience. Your chart is re-creatable using shapes, text boxes (and possibly Word Art though I don't see it required). All text, colors, sizes and for example shadows of bullets (circles) will be editable. I'm on vacation till Jul 12th yet have just tested the draft creation using MS Word for Mac 2011 (will open in Word 2010 and 2013 for Windows) so can do the chart on my laptop in a day and the second to write you few instructions how to change it. I am an expert in excel and academic projects where I have drawn several diagrams like based on different theory and model s. I can complete it in a day
