Design my tattoo/body art

Hi there, My name is Amber and I'm looking to commission a cartoonist/artist to draw/design an image I want turned into body art. The picture needs only to be large enough that a tattoo artist in Western Australia could copy it easily and accurately. I am willing to negotiate part payment on you taking the job on and the rest on the completed image I am satisfied with. I would expect a series of drafts revised over time until the final is agreed upon, but you are free to take your time (ie no specific deadline). If you have a portfolio/examples of your work you would like to send me prior to me selecting my freelancer I'd be pleased to review before initial payment. If you complete the job successfully I will also be happy for you to provide my details and a copy of the image in your future portfolios. If you are interested please email me for a full description of the image I have in mind. It is not particularly complex (he's a cartoon style monkey, facing away from the viewer but grinning wickedly over his left shoulder. Behind his back he holds a bunch of opium poppies). To give you an idea of context (this can be helpful for some artists) this little monkey is the proverbial "monkey on ones back", and is representative of the ego but I would like him to be depicted as more cheeky/wicked than evil, if that makes sense? It would wind up being a right shoulder image of small to medium size (as far as tattoos go), maybe 7cm high ? Evidently this is a personal and meaningful project to me (bodyart usually is, right?) however, I will endeavor not to drive you crazy while I try to get the image in my minds eye to match up with the one on your page.
