Article Rewrite and Article Submission

I need 100 articles. I need some writer to rewrite all of them to pass copy scape. I need the new articles to be about 500 words each. Samples of the articles would be given gradually over next 21 days Maximum- I am going to pay $100 for all 100 rewriting. The second part is article submission. The bidder can choose 15 article directories – I can suggest about 30 directories out of which 15 can be chosen. Each article will be posted in 15 directories I am going to pay $120 for all these submission work. Each submission must have at least TWO links to my site, either in content or in signatures Payment will be milestone based, Bidder will send list of ten articles with 15 links of each directory per article- that is total 150 links and thus 1/10 of the payment would be released To clarify further- if bidder send list of 750 links in 15(directories)x50 (articles), then 50% of the total payment would be released
