Hi I just did a similar project like this last week. The customer is very satisfied with the results!! My aproach is setting up 3 servers, one master and 2 slaves. The master will run interspire, whith only one IP, the slaves will run postfix whith 8 ip rotation. The master and slaves, talk on port 443 to avoid monitoring by datacenter. My customer hired 3 vps on Softlayer for the job, and the measurement was about 80k messages per hour. I do a daily report, for monitoring all ips and domains in main RBL list, sent to you via email. I have a litle ISP here in Brazil, and Im specialist in postfix and mail systems, since 1996. Im new to freelancer, please give me a chance!!! I promise that you will not regret!
