Contact List

We are a real estate agency based in Perth Western Australia. We have purchased our local city council property rates roll list in MS Excel format as attached. The rates roll shows the property address for all properties located within the city council jurisdiction, the property owners name, and the property owners residential address (if different to the property address). Project Part 1 Using the rates roll we need a list of only those property owners who own property on the rates roll but reside at a different address (absentee owners). These are potential properties for rent. We require the contact information for the absentee owners of the potential rental properties in the suburbs of Highgate, Mount Lawley & Perth only. Please exclude any absentee owners who's residential address is c/o a business name or other real estate agency - we need normal residential addresses only. All the information for Part 1 can be obtained from the rates roll attached. The contact list will need to be in MS Excel with the following column headings; Owners First Name - Owners Last Name - Absentee Property Address (Highgate, Mt Lawley & Perth only) - Owners residential address Project Part 2 From the list in Part 1 we need 500 absentee owner details for which a current & valid email address can be found. Email addresses are not part of the rates roll and the successful bidder will need to use their own resources to find matching email addresses. The suburb of Highgate is the priority. Where less than 500 complete contacts can be found, the balance should come from the suburb of Mt Lawley and then Perth if necessary. The final completed Contacts List ("The Project") will need to be in one Excel worksheet with the following column headings; Owners First Name - Owners Last Name - Absentee Property Address (Highgate, Mt Lawley & Perth only) - Owners residential address - owners email address Thank You.
