Cookbook Publicist

Seeking Experienced Book Publicist for a new cookbook and Author. Please note that I am open to a higher rate depending on your qualifications. At this time I'm interested in a radio campaign and targeting my hometown market, Portland, OR. Tasks: 1) develop pr campaign strategy 2) write press releases and press kit 3) compile targeted media list 4) distribute press release and follow up with key media outlets 5) promote using social media platforms Qualifications: 1) 3+ years public relations experience 2) Previous book publicity experience 3) Established media contacts desired 4) Experience using social media to promote books 5) Excellent writing skills 6) Excellent media relations skills 7) Excellent project and time management skills 8) Effectively secure national and regional media, including print, radio, tv and online 9) Identify speaking/book signing and other creative opportunities to maximize publicity Please provide me with information regarding your background/professional experience and writing samples (i.e., pitch letters, press release, etc.) Many thanks.
