Comprehensive SEO project for a serious company (You)

Hi dear friends, We require FULL SEO service. One stop shop! I run cleaning business. We used few SEO services before- some were great, some not so good. Basically I would like to Employ ONE COMPANY that would do everything for me- starting from planning and designing campaigns and finishing with managing it all. About you: You must have high attention to detail, PERFECTIONIST! I would like to deal with a reputable company that has experience in everything described below (or at least in most areas) If you do not have proven records, please do not waste your time here. It is okay if you would have an account manager or different area experts, as long as we get job done on time and with results- that’s all I care about. You have to be open minded, honest. If something cannot be done- please advice right away so that we can find solution for it. Here is something about the business: Cleaning business (moving to commercial side of it). There is fleet of vehicles and about 10-12 people working full time. We have virtual assistant assisting with day to day tasks (so if some tasks that can be done by us- we can take work load from you) We have one Main website (it is brand name of the business) and around 20 websites that are keyword oriented. We have some Youtube videos, our result photos, just created facebook and twitter account for main website. My idea is to promote main site and concentrate on at least five other key work oriented websites. Some my keywords rank on 1st page of Google, some on 2nd and later pages Your set of skills: In Nutshell- On page and Offpage SEO but in a very comprehensive way! • Must be able to create new websites that comply with W3 checks • Modify current pages if required • Be able to create professional mobile sites (android, iOs, windows mobile viewable) • Create new articles • Post new articles • Create forum comments/ postings • Submit press releases & news to Google news, Yahoo news, etc • Social Bookmarking submissions • Press release submissions • Rssfeeds with approved link URL's and ping • Backlinks from site with PR2 and higher • Likes on Google/ Facebook • New followers on twitter and new google circle contacts, google plus • Adword campaigns • Direct email campaigns (my contacts) • Can you create telemarketing leads? • And so on….. You would require to have a white hat techniques (I do not need to know your trade secrets), full details will be provided by you/ me before we start. I can see it as an ongoing project with a set price each month. But in return I need to know what the results are. As I see it- I need to get more business through getting traffic/ higher page rank/ and ultimately top position for google keywords searches. Please let me know full information you require from me to complete a comprehensive proposal covering all the above. What I need from you: Not just a template proposal but highly customised tender that would cover all the above and of course much more (you are to tell me what). What will be done each month, timeframe required to move up in keywords ranking, what sort of reporting will you provide and in what format! If you are in expert in some fields- that’s okay. I can try to find other people to do the rest. Just let me know. Do your best as it could be a really rewarding experience for both of us!
