We require self-motivated, ambitious sales and business development associates to grow our customer base for small and medium business email marketing services and in particular our industry-specific email marketing newsletter for real estate agents. * Knowledge of IT and Email Marketing is helpful, but not necessarily required. We will work with you to ensure you understand our value proposition and share with you our best practices for closing the sale. * You should have strong communication skills and demonstrate fluency in English. You need not have prior sales experience, but be willing to cold call and deliver presentations to a small group of people. * This is a remote position, and location can be flexible, however, we will give preference to applicants in major Canadian cities, such as Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Victoria, Ottawa, Montreal and Toronto. * Knowledge and contacts within the real estate industry is a definite asset as your primary target customer is real estate agents. If you have a large network of small and medium business owners or managers, you will probably be successful in this role. * You will be expected to generate your own sales funnel, so a good network or the ability to cold call and generate leads is an asset. We will also require you to follow-up on leads, and respond promptly to needs and concerns of all prospects from our various marketing campaigns. Compensation Work for us now and get paid forever. That's right. You will be selling email marketing subscription plans and we will pay you for as long as any customer you signed remains with us. For your commitment and performance we'll pay you: * 100% of first month's subscription plan revenues * 15% of all subscription plan revenue per month for the next 12 months * 10% for every month thereafter, forever. Imagine getting a commission cheque every month, even if you stop working or selling with us. Because we know that it can be hard to convince the type of person we are looking for to work for commission, we've put together the following example to illustrate how lucrative this opportunity can be. Let's say you sell $4000 a month in new subscription plans for a year, earning 100% of each client's first month's subscription plan revenue and 15% for every month thereafter. Let's also say that after 12 months of working with us that you decide to do something else, say go back to school, become a real estate agent, or you finally found that job you were looking for. We continue to pay you. In this example, selling $4000 a month in new subscription plans (about 25-30 clients), you would earn $80,000 in your first year and $48,000 in your second year - a total of $128,000 for only working for 12 months!! If you'd continued selling in the second year at $4000 a month, you would have made $208,000!! And best of all, if those customers are still with us in the third year, we'll keep paying you 10% a month, every month, for as long as they are a customer.
