Create a single page website and promote it

We are a small engineering unit based at Sivakasi (South India). We design and develop machinery for supplying to our parent company and local market. Although we have in house machine design resources, often we come across need for out sourcing for trouble shooting certain areas of machine building. Sometime we need total design for some machinery which require the services of machine design engineers from specialized areas. Sometimes our requirement is automation engineers who have very good exposure to selection of stepper or servo motors, plc and creating a control system. We want to publish this in a single page website and float it in the web and attract machine design engineering who can work with us on line sitting in their home as a freelancer or as a part time time job. The site is to be promoted through SEO and google adwords. We have some domain names registered with us.
