Android Mobile Site (Needs to pass Nokia, Samsung QA)

I have created two .apk and .jar mobile applications, using various services and combinations of tools, however they are not constructed well enough to pass the Nokia, Samsung, or Verizon QA process. They are very popular and one has been downloaded over 65,000 times since I created it last month, so the people like it even with its limited functionality. What I need is someone who understands Jar and Android applications to look at my web based apps and fix them so that they are a legitimate and can pass a routine Verizon, Samsung, and Nokia QA process. It shouldn't be too difficult considering the apps are already made, they just need to be tweeked.
