AntiVirus in java

I believe I under what you are saying, but do you want it to load each individual file then search through it for certain things through an algorithm or just matching text? Also would it need to search for file names then verify the file is malicious by going in a server and getting a copy of the file and confirm that? Sorry I just need a bit of clarification, I can surely finish your project on time if not sooner.
