We are a web development agency with a bespoke built Java content management system hosting several hundred websites. We're looking for an experienced Java developer to make modifications to the system to change the order of stages shown during e-commerce checkout. Currently an unnecessary step asks the user if they would like to create a new account, login or checkout as guest. We would like to skip straight to the guest login page with buttons at the top for the other two options.
There's the possibility of much more follow on work if this project goes well. A staging/development site is available if required.
Coding technologies used are Java6, Servlets and JPA.
hey, the project is easy but tricky.. it mainly needs code analysis and debugging skills.. i am new at freelancer but my expertise can deliver this work.. look for a long and good relationship..
I am very comfortable with Java and J2ee based application development. Have also worked on EJB and Hibernate.
Anyway, the problem seems to be more involved in the presentation tier and I am sure will be able to address it without any problem.
