Hi, I have recently done a similar program for a project of Singapore government agency. The program is to check outstanding cases that officers have not provided documents, proposal letter or have not sent requests for approval after creating a configured period of time. Then it sends notification the officers as well as sends reports to managers. It's ran daily by a job. In the project we use Spring TaskScheduler, Weblogic 12c, SOAP Services.
