Build a website accordingly to specs - repost

Website description: 3 modules: 1. Products 2. Customer 3. Suppliers Products are to be listed that are organized in the categories like brand, year, style, etc. Products will have the description, at least one picture and optional video. Products can be sorted by categories and searched by name (and with expanded search – name and description + category + year). Majority of products will consist of 1 part but some may have multiple parts to be manufactured. Some products will have pre-set bids to manufacture, some not. All ordered products will be open for bidding by the suppliers (not live, as they enter their bids later). A customer can choose a pre-set duration of the bidding process or to choose from the suppliers who supplied the preset bids on the spot. Customers should have the ability to create an account and log in/log out. Customers will browse the website for the products of interest, sort products by categories and search by name (and with expanded search – name and description + category + year). Customers are able to view orders and details of the order and fully manage the orders. Customers should be able to pay via paypal. Customers are able to upload their own products with pictures and description and assign a product to categories. Supplies should have the ability to create an account and log in/log out. Suppliers should be able to choose their skills. Suppliers are able to enter preset bids for any product. Suppliers can pull the list of products that require deadlined bids to be placed and to place bids for those products. Bid can be in lower/upper limits or a percentage variation from the actual bid (like 10%). Supplies have ability to manage the orders and mark them as processed, shipped, in processing, etc. Backend full access to the customers, suppliers, order by the administrator.
