Code PSD to CSS with JQUERY Addon

This job is to code up a PSD to html/css. **Header -** Please have the header as 1 image, so if required I can replace it. The header must also allow me to replace it with a bigger image in height. The select language area, (the flags) should be expandable left / right as i may want to add more in the future. **Navigation Menu -** The menu should be coded with UI/LI - The Link with the arrow is a demostration of a working drop down (use SuperFish) **Content Areas -** All content areas must be expandable in height, however the widths are set. MUST all but classes not id... as i may want to use the content container more then once. **Homepage -** Has a scrollable image box with numbers that goes up depending on how many images there are, should be clickable and goes to that image, i will show the winning bidder an example / code for this. Text will be on top this image. **Contents page -** Will just be text. **Products Page 1 -** There is 2 main body text areas, with dotted lines to the right, these should expand in height according to the content to its left plus padding to the top and bottom. The images have a 3 pixal border, and clickable opens fancybox. The LI key features are ui/li css'ed with the ticks. **Products Page 2 -** There is 1 main body text areas, with dotted lines to the left, these should expand in height according to the content to its right plus padding to the top and bottom. The images have a 3 pixal border, and clickable opens fancybox. The LI key features are ui/li css'ed with the ticks. These should be able to have MORE THEN 2... so for like an example i could have 8 of these going down the page and it will not mess up the layout!! **Buttons -** All buttons have rollovers/hovers must be css coded. **JQuery Addons -** 1. JQuery Superfish (Navigation) 2. JQuery Fancybox (Image Lightbox) Plus the addon for the scroll box area for the homepage. Please put all JQuery related images in its own folder in the images folder so like - images/jquery/ **Compatibility -** THE TEMPLATE MUST! Be cross browser supported, this includes IE, Chrome, Firefox and Safari and DIV based. Please complete asap!
