I've done quite a lot of work in Flash to HTML conversion. I've sent a few questions for clarification to your PMB but I'm confident I can complete the website to your satisfaction. I will need 5-10 days to complete this and the finished product will allow you control over all the page text. If you need to be able to add/delete pages and add/delete categories I can do that as well although it will take a bit longer.

Greetings !! My Understanding: 1. You have site already up and running and it is in developed in Flash. 2. This flash based site needs to be converted in to HTML5/CSS3 compliant 3. The newly designed look and feel needs to be integrated with an CMS may be Joomla/Drupal etc. 4. Make sure all the features and functionality compared with existing site are implemented and working fine. 1. The Customer will have control to all the content shown on the website. The content can be changed/deleted/added etc.. We can give that provision. 2. Templates: we can have more than 1 template for the site and can be manged from the CMS admin. Looking at your requirement, we think that we better suite your requirements and can easily accomplish the tasks and meet your goal.
