I am looking to develop a system to replace the old clipboard and paper used in inspection work. The system would ID an item by reading an RFID/NFC tag. with a hand held device ( cellphone PDA tablet ext) The system will manage a registry of all items on a database. There will be a set of standard inspection sheets that will be used when inspecting an item after identification. A certificate then will be generated for pass or fail of the item for that inspection. All inspections need to be scheduled and notification need to be sent to the inspector prior to planed inspection date. Some standard reports need to be generated from the data. Like number of failed items, total number of items inspected ext The system need to accommodate the following. Owner Company Department Then with-in department. Administrator Inspector Reporter An mobile app is needed to be used on mobile devise's inspection will be done with a mobile device all data need to be updated as it is recorded.
