Hi there, I am opening a section of my business where I will be representing video maker's videos, and licensing those videos to TV networks. I am currently working on a contract that I will be using to gain my clients. This contract basically lists a set of videos the video maker has produced, and affirms my right to grant usage licenses to TV networks etc. I've written this contract up myself, but undoubtedly with a lot of errors. I need you to legally retouch everything up so it looks professional, and also fix any legal issues (bad words, making things clearer if they need to be, using legal vocabulary) etc. I'd like this done ASAP if possible tonight or tomorrow. Let me know if you can help and at what rate. I anticipate this work taking anywhere from 1-3 hours.
