Desktop App to create GoPro Edit Templates - Crossplatform -- 2

I'm looking to create a Cross Platform app to create GoPro Studio Templates. The design mockup will be ready by next week. It will be a simple one screen app. It should abide by all the Mac App Store rules and the Windows Store rules. The basic concept of the app will be Convert any Audio track into a GoPro Edit template. This would require the track to be analysed for beats. After that , based on the users selection , the audio track would have to be 'CUT' as per the selections. These selections would be filled with dummy video and then exported to the GPTZ format for GoPro Studio. The most important aspect of course is the Beat Recognition. The settings selectable by the user will be used to determine the Cutting Speed which will determine the number of cuts. I've included information about Cutting Below. To avoid monotony , the Cuts will have to be of varied lengths regardless of the user selection. The majority of the cuts however , will be based on the user selection. Important Terms : The two main aspects of this app are the Audio analysis & the GoPro Studio Template format. The functioning of these two features has to be demonstrated before any payment. The user interface can be designed later. The first two features in the milestones would be these two. Please familiarise yourself with GoPro Studio and the templates before bidding. Fast cutting is a film editing technique which refers to several consecutive shots of a brief duration (e.g. 3 seconds or less).It can be used to convey a lot of information very quickly, or to imply either energy or chaos. Slow cutting is a film editing technique which uses shots of long duration. Though it depends on context, it is estimated that any shot longer than about fifteen seconds will seem rather slow to viewers from Western cultures.
