Dear, i have a dedicated server by [login to view URL] never hade problems with it, but today i started recovery system and (was a mistake) canceled it over 30 minutes. but it was to late i think. after i can't access my website anymore. not in browser and also can't connect to it on terminal (mac) with ssh after i have restarted the server in software modus, but did not help. also made hard restart, did not help. i can't ping the ip/domain because i'm now not at home, a can't call the server4you. i have mailed to them but no answer until now. someone who can help ?

Hello, It does take some time for the recovery process, can you let me know how long ago did you restart server. If there is VNC console I can have a look. It is not possible to check a server remotely when inaccessible. Regards, Sebastian
