Design a Logo

I need a logo for a company called "Fruities Publication" and "Nerd Minds" Fruities’ Publications is a versatile Publishing/Media Firm, dedicated to informing, educating and entertaining Nigerians. We believe in beauty, originality and results. Thus we are separated from all other media and publicity houses by our ability to create long standing impressions and experiences. Nerd Minds is a Non-Governmental Organization reaching out to Information and Communication Technology folks who cannot afford the expensive tuition fees of most institutions. It’s a self-pace learning group, giving each participants the opportunity to develop his/her potentials through interactive learning. Nerd Minds Logo is simple, I have a sketch for it already, just need it to be designed on Adobe Illustrator. See attached.
