On an existing Magento install (no product inserted yet but we already created some attributes and catagories so it's better not to reinstall) . 1 pointing two domain names to two different website within the same magento install (hosting siteground) 2 advice and configure the best cache extension to make the shop run fast 3 install ultimo theme (or advice a more seo friendly but nice template) avoiding rendereing blocking and not needed functionalities (i.e compare) (google pagespeed check) 4 install latest security patch on this installation and on another one (six month old magento install) We need someone we can trust and work on a regular basis.
