Dear Sir/Lady I am locate at Shenzhen. I have many years for quality management. 2011/08~2014/09 Greenlightplanet inc.    SQE+QE engineering 1. I mainly take responsibility for LED, battery, plastic part and metal part. And three models of LED lantern(include EMS process) 2. Take responsibility for disposing all kinds of quality issues and potential risk of quality issue during all stages about the new production inducing. For example,DOE test for package of LED lantern whether package can cause LED lantern auto-power on by outer pressure, DOE test for asseble part whethe can strike sensitive parts when carry or dropping 3. For self- improving from supplier, monitor and implement the supplier improve plans, preventive actions plans, and measures for effectiveness. For instance, A--change some material process to improve the core wires of cable(some of core wires were broken, and lead to reliability issue); B--change soldering process to improve battery big resistance issue(cold soldering cause this quality issue); C--Change material layout that avoid to oxidate for silver layer of film swith; D--ioptimize baking time of plastic material and control regrind material proportion to impvoce product cover crack(PC material), etc. 4. Maintain quality standards and criteria, quality control plans, inspect instructions in the product processes, and monitor supplier need to totally follow up the standards.
