Branding Help - Writing Expert

I am re-launching my website... I offer graphic design, web design, printing, and much more. I've been doing so much brainstorming form my company that I can't decide on anything, and finalize the site because I want the content to be so great. Being a designer I think my opinion or vision is a little to broad. The over all content and description of my company and the services we offer is not where I really need the assistance. I need a nice, big, catchy, tag-line for the site; one that will intrigue the viewer into hiring us as their designer. I need someone that is very creative and talented with words!!! On the front page of my site I will have my logo and general contact info (email, live chat, and the toll-free number) at the very top. Underneath that top area will be the big tag line (this is what I need you for)... Underneath this tag line there will be four buttons meaning the following however I want you to change it into something more creative and grasping: client login, get started now, examples of our services, and get a customized quote. This is because my portfolio isn't too advanced due to a lot of projects being nondisclosure commitments. So I need to grasp these customers another way... I will also have pricing tables on the services page for: graphic design with 3 tiers, logo design with 4 tiers, and hosting with 3 tiers. I would like to have a creative names for each package tier. I am on a strict budget however, I really need this in order to complete my site. Please provide fair bids and examples of similar work. Favorable bids I will send you more details like a preview of my site and the company/product descriptions I already have. Also I would like to have this done asap before the end of the week more than anything. Thanks!
