A tentative condominium project is being conceived for central Edmonton, Alberta Canada. The development will be situated just West of downtown Edmonton. A competitive analysis is being sought which details the particulars of condominium development projects in the downtown/central Edmonton area. Internet research is a primary tool. Scouring the net for information, completion of a spreadsheet (supplied by myself) with key information about various developments. Some online resources will be made available to aid in the search, such as local bulletin sites etc. The objective of this task is to garner a broad understanding of the developments in the area and key selling features/points. This may develop into an ongoing quarterly task eventually.
