Complete Website Design

I am in need of a website for my business. I need a clean, professional, but simple design, and the site is for my current clients to log in and check on their product/services. I need SEO done as well, and depending on quality of the job I will want to continue SEO maintenance. I do not expect high rankings or anything, just basic SEO done. I also need someone with decent copywriting experience to work with me for the content, which will be 5 pages at most. I also need a login page where clients can receive messages and info on their products. I will give them a code or password and username and they can login securely.
