Add Dynamic Exit to Current EA

Hi i need to add a option to my EA so when a trade goes X pips in the negative it will close itself at the next overbought or oversold level of my indicator. I should be able to select the time frame it reads from, for example the EA must be able to backtest or live trade with this feature reading the history from 4hr chart while backtest or live trading on a different timeframe. The Indicator must be added within my current EA so i can adjust the indicator settings from within my EA. I must be able to select the exit level in the EA settings for example over 80 it will exit the BUY that went in the X pips loss settings and under 20 it will exit SELL that triggered the X pip loss setting. The trade must still carry the original stop loss the EA set for protection and exit quietly once it hits overbought or oversold.. Use Timeframe = 0(means current) or H4 or M30 (whatever i set) Dynamic Exit = True / False Trigger Dynamic Exit = 100 (this is in pips) Buy Exit Level = 80 Dynamic Sell Exit Level = 20 The project will be awarded to the person who can for sure do this in a short period of time...
