Access Database programming needed

2 things needed. Start with the simpler. [login to view URL] the TBl:FullData need all columns which populate ID instead of actual data to be changed to actual data. i.e. Race column the record shows "1" when it should show "White" etc. 2. This database is a record of vaccinations by school. The different schools are handed out for data entry but each school gets entered in by the same person. Basically we work in batches as we enter. We input all the students from the same school at one time therefore I wanted the next record to pull the school name, clinic date and your name ( last field in second column ) from the previous record to save lots of extra and unnecessary typing. I still need to be able to edit those fields in case we complete a school and move onto the next school. In other words think of it as sets. I need the three fields ( school name, clinic date and your name ) to pull over the set info until a new set ( new school ) is started. When I complete the first form of the new set then each additional record entered will have the same school name, clinic date and your name until it is changed again for a new school [login to view URL] this makes sense.
