Hello, We're searching for a sample android application project that captures live video from the front camera and detect faces by assigning a unique ID for each face. So if it found 3 faces, it gives them IDs 1, 2 and 3.. if face '1' disappears then reappear again, the same ID should be given to it. We also want to retreive for each face, its gender (male/female), approximate age and mood (happy to sad). Please we want the code to be in Java. You can use any FREE open source libraries (like OpenCV for example). Thanks!

Hi. If you want to detect the same face (with same ID) you'll need to do a face recognition work too. There are algorithms that detects the face (haar cascade for example), but if the face exits of the image and returns, it needs the face recogniton... Did you understand? I work with opencv in C, C# and Java (Desktop and Android Apps). I have an app that detects face and I'm working in face recognition right now. I would like to know this job for you.
