Android Mobile App App Name – PENCOM for National Pension Commission See logo - PENCOM wants a mobile app that will enable users download/read ebooks for various categories. Please see ebooks attached: We should be able to add ebooks (pdf) and categories as well. NOTE: The eboks (pdf) will be accessible offline – which means when the app is downloaded the ebooks are downloaded as well to the android device. When more ebooks (pdf) are added to the mobile app the app does and update and makes the ebook available offline. Colours – Green.
