Android Phone App: Prevent Texting & Driving

I'm looking to develop an Android app that helps prevent the user from texting and driving. I want it to be functional but it doesn't need a lot add-ons. It will be a beta-version. I've found the best way to describe an app you want built is to talk about how it will work in the hands of the end-user. Here is how I envision it working: 1. You install the app on your phone. 2. By default the app is "on". 3. When you the keyboard on the phone is activated it sends a signal through the GPS to see if the user is moving faster than 20 miles per hour. 4a. If the user isn't moving faster than 20 mph then the user can continue to send text messages. The user can continue to send text messages for 10 minutes without the GPS being checked. After 10 minutes the program will recheck the speed the next time the keyboard is activated. 4b. If the user is moving at 20 mph or faster, the keyboard is blocked and the user must answer 3 questions from a group of questions that is part of the program before the keyboard is activated. The questions are timed. If the user is able to answer all 3 questions correctly and in the time allotted, then the user is free to text for 20 minutes before the questions are triggered again If the user is unable to answer any of the 3 questions correctly or in the allotted time, the keyboard is disabled* and the user is unable to send texts for 10 minutes. In summary, the program uses the GPS to see if the person is in a moving vehicle or not. If the person is operating the vehicle, the timed test should prevent him from being able to send texts. If the person isn't operating the vehicle, the test should be easy to pass. *Keyboard Blocking: I'm open to suggestions on the best way to do this. My thoughts on the two best ways are: (1). Prevent the keyboard from being displayed in the texting menu. (2). Have some sort of pop-up cover the keyboard, which makes it impossible to use. I am open to your suggestions on how to improve this. I hope you have a basic understanding. *IMPORTANT* Please follow these instructions to improve your chances of being picked: 1.
