App for Android and iPhone using Phonegap Build

We need a simple App for Android and iOS (iPhone). The App: The app should receive notifications to the user. The notification should open the app where the user can read the notification and click to go to our website. We provide complete and very basic/simple design for the App. The web server: We need a simple code sample (PHP) that will let us send notifications ourselves. Technique: The app should be developed using Phonegap (and Phonegap build service). We expect very simple code where we can edit details ourselves (javascript, HTML, config-settings, image/logo) and build a new App using Phonegap build when we need to update details (for major changes we can get back to you for further development). Instructions we need: We need instuctions on what settings and accounts to set up for notifications to work. We can set it up on our account (tell us what you need), and you can use it to test notifications. Or you can use your own account with Google/Apple during development to test, and later give us instructions on how to set it up on our account with Google/Apple. Details: Se attacehd image.
