I need a social app designed with Java which would be compatible with a wide range of mobile devices. The app will be called "Bibi" Bibi would require users to register their number, name, sex and age. The app will allpw users to Upload a profile picture. Users can then add other users to chat with for free. Bibi will allow users to send text, picture, voice and video messages (thus the app needs to have access to files, camera and microphone of the device) Bibi will also feature chat rooms that users can enter for free but will need to purchase app credit to send messages within the chatrooms. Bibi will also feature voip, so users can use app credit to make calls. Bibi will allow users to buy various themes for the app using credits.
