Build an Android application

Hello, I am looking for a mobile app developer to develop a simple travel app for my upcoming project. In brief the app will have 4 tabs, explained below: 1st tab - Interactive world map (with countries & major cities marked in dots). The user should be able to do the following : a. Select a city and mark as visited b. Select a city and mark as "planning to visit": c. Add a rating and review/comment d. Save the map changes for future updates e. Share updated map on social media sites from the app - Facebook, Twitter & Whatsapp 2nd tab - Places to visit. In this tab would be all countries and their top places to visit (destination guide). You could copy this from search engines. 3rd tab - Chat room by countries. All world countries, each country 1 chat room for app users to chat freely on their ideas, suggestions or anything. 4th tab - Contact us form. That is the overview of this app. I would only want to work with someone that has experience and done such job on freelancer before. Only bid if you qualify for this requirement. Best price / deal will win this project. PAYMENT TERMS - IMPORTANT! First milestone will be placed of 10-20% only. We will then require you to make a prototype and we will test it. Upon successful test we will then create another milestone with 50% (total will have 70% milestone). We will release the 70% milestone once we receive the final product and test it. Upon full test on a few mobile devices we'll then make a full balance payment of 30% directly. This is the ONLY term we will work with. If you do not agree please do not bid.
