Classifieds app -- 2

I need to enable users to log in with either their email or social network (Facebook & G+). This would be first time around where preference would be saved for convenience. They would have their profile with basic information and each user would have star rating system. Comments can be added at the time rating is given. Both, rating and comments can be added at later time based on the pricing. Each user would be able to post classifieds with some basic information such as product description, price, tags and 2 pictures utilizing phone camera. To expand on this, this would need to be GPS searchable since i would like all the classified ads to be sorted by closest first when user opens the app. I would like to add some predetermined categories but this also can be added at later time, price dependent. Same user would be able to edit/delete their own posts, under profile or another section, up for the suggestion. Even if they delete the post within the phone it would remain in the database. Each user would be able to message buyer/seller and inquire about product. On the main screen they would have search bar to look up tags and filter option by price. To recap: Social + Email log in (One time, remember for the next) User profile (possibly with rating and comments) Create classified ad with 2 phone camera pictures, description, tag, location Ads show closes first based by GPS when user opens app Search bar, price filter Edit/Delete ad by user owner Messages between users (simplistic form, just text) Above are basic core functionality that i require from the app. There is multitude of functionality to be added over time and plenty of work for the potential developer that is interested as i plan to stick with the same person. If it helps, i plan to have this app run completely on goggle cloud platform.
