Continuous barcode reader app with auto light

Create a simple application for continous barcode reading under low-light conditions. The app should continously analyze the video stream of the camera. If barcode like image is detected, it should turn on the torch, scan the barcode. (potentially barcode reader library like zxing to be reused). After successful scanning the torch should be turned off again and the app should start to analyze the video stream for barcode. Deliverables: 1. APK 2. Source code on GIT
