By using Eclipse ADT Bundle and Java development kit, to come up with an android application that can stream video and audio files to an android phone, to develop a streaming service to send location aware audio / video clips to Android phones in a mobile network environment. This project needs to have a streaming server and database to store video / audio files. Using Location tracking to locate the android phone, for example, android phone go near to Place-A, it will auto stream a video / audio, go near to Place-B it will auto stream a different video / audio. When clients open the app, there will be a video player so when they press play it will play the video, pause, and restart button. Using Language detect to detect client's Android phone's language to send video / audio clips in that language, for example a German walked pass Place-A, it will send a video / audio clip in dutch.
