Blackberry app

I need an app that runs on Blackberry phones. The app is a selection tool. The information and use is similar to a product slide chart. It takes as input a few parameters and looks up the corresponding values in data table (may need some interpolation of data table values), then displays the results in presentable format. The app will have some basic product description text, product photo and contact information of phone numbers and emails. Need professional look and feel to the user interface. I also need the ability to update the source data file when needed and redistribute the app. I need this completed before 30Aug2010.
