I need an application that can be installed via the browser onto the blackberry and automatically send all bbm chats that are archived on the device to a web server or as an email. The application should be able to be configured to run automatically and boot with the device. The application should send all data daily back to the central server or emailed back to me. There should be a way to remotely configure this or at least set it for each device that it is installed on. The goal is to monitor all chats that my employees are doing on the phones that I provide them. They should not know that it is doing this. I will give extra for a way to get the SMS messages also. A key logger would be an added bonus also, but not necessary. The application must be able to be hidden or run a a service.
