Android App - Searchable Directory of U.S. Wineries

Need expert phone app creator to develop a searchable directory of U.S. Wineries. The user should be able to search by city and state, and see list of winery businesses in that location. The app should provide the following features: 1. simple interface that shows our logo and allows users to search for a winery by location (city & state). If there are no wineries in the area, the app should return results for wineries that are closet to the desired area if that is possible. 2. search results should include: - winery name - city & state 3. When user clicks on a search result, they should see the complete winery listing: - winery name - street address - city, state, zipcode - phone number - business location on Google Map 4. Should have admin backend that will allow me to easily add, edit, and delete winery listings for the app. I would also like a separate bid price if we want the app to pick up the user's location (this is optional, we will decide if we want this feature after seeing what it will cost to add it). If you are not able to add this feature, let me know this in your bid. It is not the most important feature, but I am interested in the cost to add it.
