Apple iPhone App : mortgage calculator - repost

I need to create a simple Apple iPhone App, that calculate the budget using a few input from the user. Basically there will be inputs from the user and these inputs will be 1) numbers. For example, sales number etc. (for eg: $400, 5%) 2) One or two multi selection inputs from drop down menu (for eg: choose A or B or C or D) based on these inputs , using the formula, there will be outputs. (for eg: inputs $400 x 5% = output $20 ) Multiple selection inputs will be used as conditions for output, (for eg: if selection is A, then the result output will be $20 / 5 = $4) The app will have 4 or 5 total tabs below. Each tabs shows pages of budget calculator 1, budget calculator 2 , budget calculator 3, Terms and conditions, Contact Us fill up form" Formulas to calculate the output will be provided by me. You just need to follow the formula to That's all. I believe it's not that difficult. Our Payment to you will be: Upon finishing the tabs and pages: 20% When the app is able to used: 20% After minor adjustment : 20% And full payment after the completion of project: 40% Let me know if you are agreeable to the terms.
