Hi, I would like a ROM image created for an Android tablet. It will be used with the Asus Nexus 7. The functions needed are as below: - Boot to specific app (apk will be provided) - Lock users out of everything except the single apk. No internet. No other apps. etc. - Hide android bottom and top bar - 3G + WIFI must work ** User should never seen android home screen or anything other than the APK provided. They should not even be aware it runs android by looking at the screen. ** Looking to pay $400-$500 CAD (Canadian Dollars) Thanks.
