We need to develop an app (for iPhone and Android) that is functionally similar to the following (you may have to create a login to access it): [login to view URL] This would essentially provide clients somewhere where, once logging in to their user account, they could have the option to select or deselect the services they want (groceries, laundry etc.), and write notes/add photos to each. When the user clicks on the icon for each (for instance the groceries icon), it should display a landing page which would include relevant information about the product. On the back-end, our staff would require some efficient way to organise, sort through and view all this information provided by clients. It would also require a chat functionality so that the user would be able to message someone in our team directly. Ideally, we should be able to incorporate this app directly into our website as well (as has been done with Hello Alfred – the [login to view URL] website is nearly identical to the phone app available. The app should be synced up with the website, such that the information users enter into the app be reflected on the website and vice versa.
