Create home page for mobile .

i want to create a homepage for my mobile website. i already have the mobile websitee ready, responsive . just i want to create a homepage for my mobile. i will add image for what exactly i need. and also will explain it first open the image . 1) my website have category, every item ( custom post type ) have location ( latitude longitude ). when the user open the mobile page, will choose the category, and then will type the range of kilometer that want the item to be within, for example i want historical sites in the range of 3 kilometer from my current location. then will appear the items. the located on range 3 kilometer from my current location . and show the result ( the feature image of the results ), and arrows to slider and show other result. the result should be touch responsive. * to be page to be responsive on the mobile landscape. * the page to work on the smartphones ( apple, galaxy and other ), with all the browser.
